E1: under-voltage or over-voltage protection, power supply voltage is lower than the set value (default 21.5V), or power supply voltage is higher than 30V (2020 model power supply red light on)

EC: Temperature Control Sensor Failure --> Check Temperature Probe Connector or Replace Panel Temperature Probe

EF: Fan Failure - > Check the indoor fan for short circuits or foreign objects blocking the air ducts

When the panel detects a controller feedback fault, it will display a fault code on the digital tube with the following meaning.

E2: Overflow protection - > Refrigerant overfilled or condenser too dirty, poor heat dissipation, heat source at the location where the outside unit is installed.

E3: Blocked Rotation Protection - > Check that the compressor motor wires are making good contact and that the compressor is not stuck in the cylinder.

E4: undervoltage protection --> check controller power cord, controller undervoltage protection

E5: Phase wire short circuit --> check whether the controller and compressor connecting wire is worn short circuit

E6 overvoltage protection - > check controller power cord, controller overvoltage protection

E7 Continuous blocking shutdown - > same as blocking protection.

E8: Outdoor blower failure - > Check outdoor blower connection wire

E9: Pressure switch disconnected.

HO: Compressor temperature protection or discharge temperature protection

H1: Reservation

H2: Compressor phase loss protection --> check the compressor and controller connection wire

H3: Controller temperature protection.
